Over the last couple of years, there have been several times where I have felt squeamish and almost fainted. This often happens when I visit the dentist or talk about a medical procedure such as having the nasal flu spray.

This summer, I met and worked with Tracey to see if I could overcome these fears and help reduce the likelihood of fainting. We had 3 sessions together using a couple of the “Ollie” exercises and I am pleased to say they have helped me enormously.

Since joining the High School and being faced with needing to take regular Lateral Flow Tests, I was in real need of being able to cope with doing these. Thanks to Tracey and the “Ollie” techniques, I use these to overcome my worst fears and manage my fear. I now feel more relaxed taking regular Lateral Flow Tests and I have taken the Covid vaccination. I am able to apply the techniques Tracey taught me and I can say they really work! Tracey is a wonderful person and I felt so relaxed in her company and would highly recommend.”

Tracey has supported and helped me through so much. I have been amazed at the process and the exercises that have helped me to not only address the concerns I needed to but actually helped me explore a number of other thought processes and why I think the way I do. We also spent a lot of time on ‘how’ to address the concerns and thought processes on an ongoing basis, which has provided me with a lot of coping mechanisms but I also know that Tracey’s door is always open to hand hold me if I need further support! Tracey is very approachable, friendly, offering great support and advice. She will take you through a process in a series of steps but you don’t really know you are going through it until you have the light bulb moments! Sometimes it is emotional but it is also really rewarding and theraputic. I have been truly amazed by the process and staggered by the positive results. I feel stronger, far more positive, much happier and that ‘I am in control of me’ again. I really cannot recommend Tracey highly enough, brilliant lady and incredible support. Thank you Tracey!

I had 6 weeks of coaching with Tracey and it was a hugely positive experience. I was struggling at the time to work out where my life was headed and had lost my sense of purpose. I’d tried counselling previously and had done some coaching through work but hadn’t found it particularly useful. I met Tracey at a walking group and decided to give her coaching sessions a go.
